Energy-as-a-Service for business

It is a way to use solar energy without investing in the purchase of a solar plant. ONG Solar installs and maintains the plant, while your business pays a fixed price per kWh. The equipment belongs to the provider. The model focuses on operating expenses (OPEX) rather than capital expenditure (CAPEX).

The requirements are consumption from 30,000 kWh per month and an owned site or a long-term lease. The minimum contract term is 3 years. The initial payment under the EaaS model is 0%. We analyse your consumption and needs before preparing a proposal.

The unit price of solar electricity is fixed for the entire contract term. Paying per kWh is different from paying the same total bill every month: the energy volume is part of the calculation. We prepare a personalised tariff proposal after analysing consumption.

ONG Solar installs the solar plant. Monitoring and service operate 24/7 and are included in the model. Your business receives and pays for energy, while technical maintenance remains part of the service.

In the ONG Solar EaaS model, payment is per kWh at a fixed price and the provider owns the equipment. In the ESCO model, payments are linked to savings and equipment ownership is transferred to the customer under the contract terms. These are separate offers with different conditions.

EaaS defines how energy and service are paid for. Operation during an outage depends on the plant’s technical configuration. If backup power is required, tell us your critical loads and the required backup duration during the consultation so we can account for them when selecting a solution.
