ESCO contract for business solar power

It is an energy service contract: ONG Solar invests in building a solar plant at the customer’s facility. The business pays a share of actual electricity savings, with an initial payment of 0%. Payments are linked to the results of the plant’s operation.

The basic requirements are consumption from 50,000 kWh per month, an owned facility and stable, profitable operations. The model requires ownership of the facility rather than a rental arrangement. The contract term is 8 years.

Payments come from a share of actual electricity savings. Before signing, we conduct an energy audit and prepare a business plan with a savings forecast. After your request, we prepare an individual calculation and terms for your project.

ONG Solar builds the plant at its own expense. Full technical support, monitoring and maintenance 24/7 are included in the model. During operation, the customer pays a share of savings while we maintain the plant.

The equipment transfers fully to you after 8 years. During this period, ONG Solar maintains the plant while you pay a share of actual electricity savings.

In ONG Solar’s ESCO model, payments are linked to actual savings and the equipment transfers to the customer after 8 years. In the Energy-as-a-Service model, payment is per kWh at a fixed price and the provider owns the equipment. These are separate offers with different requirements and terms.
