Commercial solar installation

To the agreed design and estimate, we install structures, panels, cables and inverters and carry out earthing, connections and commissioning. Delivery terms and costs are recorded in the estimate. We establish any need for roof repairs or reinforcement and external network changes before work starts; these should not be treated as included without agreement.

We prepare the estimate based on the agreed design, equipment configuration and scope of work at the site. This includes mounting structures, cable routing, electrical connections and commissioning. Send your design or describe the site so we can agree the scope and provide an estimate.

Timing depends on site readiness, the scope of work, equipment delivery, weather and available shutdown windows. The schedule and conditions for changing it are agreed for the particular project before installation begins.

The contract sets out the duration, scope, exclusions and claims procedure for the workmanship warranty. The manufacturer’s equipment warranty has separate terms. Responsibilities and any insurance requirements relevant to the project are also agreed before work starts.

The handover scope is agreed against the design: as-built documentation, test results, recorded settings and monitoring access. At acceptance, we check completed work and documents and record any outstanding items and arrangements to resolve them. Scheduled maintenance after startup is a separate service.
