Solar plant maintenance

Solar power plant maintenance starts with a review of the plant’s condition and an agreed scope of work. We identify available monitoring data, planned inspection tasks and how service requests will be handled. The contract sets the scope, frequency, price and times for individual actions for your site.

What our service covers

We define the work according to the equipment, operating conditions and manufacturer requirements. The proposal identifies included tasks and work requiring separate approval.

Monitoring and alerts

We review available readings, errors and deviations. We agree access, notification channels and the hours when alerts are handled. A communication gap is checked separately from a generation outage.

Planned inspections

We agree checks of modules, mounting, cable routes, electrical connections and protection. Responsible specialists define the required measurements and safe access arrangements.

Fault response

We register the request, clarify its effect on plant operation and agree diagnostic work. Site visits, repairs, components and restoration times are determined following the assessment.

Warranty support

We help collect fault information and refer the request to the responsible party. Warranty terms, repair or replacement are checked for the specific equipment.

Module cleaning

We agree whether, how and when cleaning is needed, considering soiling, manufacturer instructions and access. The proposal states whether cleaning is included.

Work reports

We record the equipment checked, deviations found, completed actions and open issues. Production analysis considers data completeness and comparable operating conditions.
Process

How we start your service

From initial information to an agreed maintenance plan and report. Each stage has a defined outcome and responsible party.

Initial information

We collect the equipment list, diagrams, event history and available service records. We clarify access to the site and monitoring system.

Scope and schedule

We agree tasks, frequency, reporting, contacts, request handling times and the approval process for additional costs.

Inspection and work

We carry out the agreed checks. Additional work is approved after diagnosis and confirmation of the resources required.

Report and next steps

We provide findings, unresolved issues and recommendations. We agree how completion of corrective actions will be verified.
Details

Service agreement details

Service terms should reflect the equipment and the business’s operating schedule. We agree them before maintenance starts.

Scope and price

We separate routine tasks from additional diagnostics, visits and spare parts. The contract period and inspection schedule are defined for the specific plant.

Response stages

Acknowledgement, remote diagnosis, attendance and restoration are separate stages. We agree their times, working hours, priorities and access requirements.

Reports and responsibilities

We define the report format, work acceptance process and owners of open issues. Temporary replacement equipment and specialist repairs require separate agreement.
